What is Scar Removal?

If you’ve ever been injured, had surgery, or damaged your skin in any other way, you develop a scar. a scar can be a reminder of an unpleasant experience and we just don't want to live with a scar, that's OK. You don't have to.

Scar removal is exactly what it sounds—removing a scar, whether it was caused by injury or surgery.depending on the size, type, and severity of the scar, it is possible to diminish it to the point where it's hardly visible. You will still know it is there, but most people won't even notice it.

Scar Types

You think a scar is just a scar, regardless of cause, or structure. This is not the point. There are actually three types of scars, and their features determine how easy—or difficult—it will be to remove them completely.

·  Atrophic
These scars appear sunken,Common causes of atrophic scars are chicken pox, injuries, surgery, and acne, although these can sometimes also develop as hypertrophic scars. after formation, the size and shape of atrophic scars do not usually change.

·  Hypertrophic
These scars appear raised, and are usually the result of acne, burns, piercings, or cuts, thats means surgical scars are mostly hypertrophic. Over time, hypertrophic scars become smaller and less noticeable.

·  Keloid
These scars appear raised, but continue to expand over time. This is because keloid scars are actually a type of nonmalignant tumor created by an overgrowth of scar tissue.Dark skin is more prone to develop Keloid scars.
